Will I Receive a Proof?

Yes! Proofs are available for most personalized products, including awards, drinkware, and customizable gifts.
Proofs are created after your order has been submitted and payment has been received or the order has been approved for invoicing. We do not create proofs before an order is officially placed.
For eligible products, select "Send Me a Production Proof" when placing your order. Your proof will be emailed to you within 1–2 business days.
Medals & Trophies: These products are not typically proofed, so there is no production proof button. If you would like to receive a proof, please request one in the "Order Instructions" box at checkout.
Please note that proofs must be approved before production can begin. If you have a specific deadline, be sure to allow enough time for the proof to be sent, reviewed, and approved. Delays in approving a proof may affect your requested delivery date.
